REGISTRATION DATA AND PRIVACY

Registration is required for
  • Job Seekers to be able for them to submit their resume to our database and to submit an online application for job openings posted on this site
  • Employers & Recruiters to post and search candidates for their job openings.
You must provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about You as prompted to do so by the registration form ("Registration Data"), and maintain and update such registration information as required to keep such information current, complete and accurate. You warrant that your Registration Data is accurate and current, and that You are authorized to provide such Registration Data. You authorize us to verify your Registration Data at any time. If any Registration Data that You provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, PHILIPPINE JOB SPOT retains the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate rights to use the services. Registration Data and certain other information about You is subject to our Privacy Policy which may be accessed from our Privacy Policy page. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom You come in contact through this website.

FEES

We do not collect any fees from Job Seekers for them to submit their resume and to browse / search for job openings posted on this site. Likewise no fees are collected from Employers & Recruiters to post their job openings. It is free to post unlimitted job ad listings. However we offer paid advertisements such as banner, image or featured ads for those who wish more exposure for their ads / company, these ads are properly labelled "SPONSORED", "SPONSORED LINKS" or "ADVERTISEMENTS".

While we want to make resume database search free of charge for all employers & recruiters, we have noticed that some companies are abusing this feature and just harvesting job seekers data hence we put some cap on some employers / recruiters resume searches, and once they have reached their maximum allowable search, they have to pay for their succeding searches. We have imposed this limit on some employers & recruiters also to protect the privacy of Job Seekers data. Employers that We deemed "trusted" will continue to enjoy unlimitted resume database search, free of charge.

DISCLAIMER OF ENDORSEMENT

We do not endose or recommend candidates, and employers / companies and any other information posted on this website.

INDEMNITY

You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PHILIPPINE JOB SPOT and its content providers and their respective shareholders, affiliates, employees, agents, successors, officers, and assigns, from any suits, losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorney and accounting fees) that they may sustain or incur arising from (i) Your use of this website and its services, (iii) Your use of the content available on this site in any way contrary to this agreement and (d) Your breach of any of Your representations, warranties or obligations set forth in this agreement

BENEFICIARIES OF THIS AGREEMENT

CONTROLLING LAW

This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the Philippines, excluding rules regarding conflicts of law.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE

You and PHILIPPINE JOB SPOT agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City, Philippines in all legal proceedings arising under this Agreement. BY ACCESSING THIS WEB SITE OR USING ANY SERVICE PROVIDED HEREIN YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
