Team Leader for Sales / Telco Account
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coaching and mentoring Sales Representatives
- Identifying gaps in performance and coming up with action plan to solve it.
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Handling escalated calls and issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 5 years of working experience in Supervisory post, in Customer Service or Sales
- Strong leadership and work management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Potential to move on to higher leadership positions
- Amenable to night shift
