Customer Service Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 7+ years Customer service experience, preferably Industrial B2B experience with International Company
- 3+ years of Supervisory or Management experience that includes performance management, salary planning, and budgeting
- Demonstrated strong leadership, customer focus, accountability, and responsiveness in past work experience
- Experience collaborating and partnering with remote team members
- Off Shift Hours will likely be required to allow synchronization of service with US Time Zones
- Occasional international travel required
