COMPANY: Eversun Software Philippines Corporation focuses on building successful businesses on the Internet. Our team has specialties in building online communities, web publishing, and e-commerce. We are actively seeking creative and self-motivated individuals with skills in journalism, critical thinking, research, graphic design, marketing, software development, and system administration.

Responsibilities:

 

A Virtual Assistant works as a personal online assistant for clients. The type of work will encompass the tasks being performed by Link Builders and Writers, plus additional tasks being performed usually by Site Admins. The quality and content of work output will depend on the demands of the client.

 

As Personal Assistant:

·         Organizing and tracking the client's day-to-day schedule.

·         Gathering data online, analyzing data and creating reports.

·         Providing personal and business support for clients

 

As Web Content Manager:

·         Write original, well-researched and keyword-optimized articles with a maximum of 500 words each.

·         Write a Sales Landing page with testimonials either in text or video.

·         Create valuable content in other sites as blogs, Squidoo, and Hubpages.

·         Create additional web content by rewriting articles and existing blog posts.

 

As Web Marketing Specialist:

·         Manage viral marketing link building Adsense / Adwords and search optimization campaigns.

·         Promote websites / products through link building, email marketing, and social networking.

 

Requirements:

 

Virtual Assistants must demonstrate knowledge in:

·         Correct use of English grammar, spelling and punctuation.

·         Basic principles of writing.

·         Basic link building methods, steps and processes.

·         Most up-to-date SEO principles and concepts.

·         Basic marketing principles in selling and advertising.

·         Elements of a good sales or landing page.

·         SEO Life Cycle and its management.

·         Adwords and Adsense terms, concepts and processes.

·         Intermediate HTML to format text, creates links, and edits a webpage.

·         Content management systems such as Wordpress.

·         Different websites used for online research and internet marketing.

·         Different websites used for checking flight schedules and travel accomodations.

·         Processes of buying tickets, placing a hotel reservation, paying bills, and purchasing products online.

·         Different software programs used at work

·         Skilled programmers from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

 

 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (Any relevant course)
• Required language(s): English.
