US Payroll Process Leader
Has 10 to 15 years payroll experience
Knowledge in handling US Payroll
SAP or Peoplesoft training certification
Fundamental Payroll Certification (FCP) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
Project Management experience
Six Sigma and Lean is also very valuable
Work locally in Manila or 3 weeks on and 1 week off on a travel basis
