1. Receives Material From suppliers and from other project sites. stock pile them properly to maintain FIFO sequence
2. Prepares Purchase Request sheet (PRS) of needed materials both manually and throught existing computerized warehousing system
3. Issuance of tools, materials and equipment using the required documents
4. Regulary issue daily receiving report of items received by the project and transmit them to accounting Department.
5. Keeps an active inventory of the following: Construction materials, light and heavy equipment, temfacil materials, furniture and fixtures, office equipment, computer and power tools.
6. Submits to the Asset Management Office bi-monthly inventory and recovery reports as required.
-College Grad or college level preferably 3rd yr or 4th year
-Accounting or Engineering Course
-2 to 3 years relevant experience
- Must be computer literate
