Job Description:

1.                Supervising 2 Accountants

2.                Payroll Preparation

3.                Report Preparation (cash-spending report, staff-spending report)

4.                Government Mandated Reports

5.                Inventory of Equipment and Assets

6.                Costing Analysis

7.                Accurate custody of finances

8.                Facilitation and creation of an annual budget in consultation with the management

9.                Monthly/quarterly/annual forecast

10.            Monthly recording and monitoring of budget per department in comparison to annual budget

11.            Financial control; monitoring of cash flow and bank reconciliations

12.            Reliable bookkeeping

13.            Quality assurance for the department

14.            Account receivables/payable reports

15.            Purchase orders

16.            Monthly financial statements; monthly/quarterly/annual income statements

17.            Inventory of current capital

18.            Creation of capital budget

 

Requirements:
1.          Certified Public Accountant
2.          Trustworthy, Intelligent and Hardworking
3.          Good Communication Skill
4.          Preferably has an experience in Audit
5.          Female
6.          Detail Oriented
7.          Math and Excel Savvy
8.          With experience in BIR and Sec
9.          Good Reporting Skills
10.        Experience in doing Payroll
