HR Training Group Leader
Ø Graduate of BS Psychology or any related course
Ø Must have 3 - 5 years related work experience, preferably with 2 years exposure in industrial/ manufacturing set-up.
Ø A team-player, with very good leadership, management and coordination skills in managing various corporate training programs and projects. Knowledgeable in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), creating training modules and conducting training programs
Ø Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Has an excellent oral and written communication skill preferably with Japanese Interpretation skills. Must be a fast learner and can work in a fast paced work environment. Preferably with knowledge & exposure in ISO standards.
Ø Must be flexible, persistent, patient and can work under pressure; willing to render overtime, innovative, creative, has initiative and can work with minimum supervision; can relate well with people in all levels of the organization
