HR Recruitment Group Leader
Ø Graduate of BS Psychology or any related course
Ø With at least 5 years work experience in recruitment preferably in a manufacturing set-up with at least 2 years leadership exposure.
Ø With very good leadership and management skills in recruitment operations. Knowledgeable in administering, scoring and interpreting Psychological Tests. Skilled in conducting interview. Familiar with Recruitment and DOLE Reports.
Ø Has high mathematical ability and has keen eye on details. Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Has an excellent oral and written communication skill. Must be a fast learner and can work in a fast paced work environment. Preferably with knowledge & exposure in ISO standards.
Ø Must be flexible, persistent, patient and can work under pressure; willing to render overtime, innovative, creative, has initiative and can work with minimum supervision; has good coordination skills and can relate well with people in all levels of the organization
Ø Preferably female; not more than 30 years of age; willing to work in Laguna
