Compensation & Benefits Assistant
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- With at least 1-3 yrs experience in Human Resources specifically in handling benefits administration
- Ability to set priorities, multi task
- can conduct research and study on the latest trends in employee benefits
- Must be able to formulate, recommends procedures, system and standards of compensation and benefits for the company such as SSS, phil health, PAG-IBIG, etc
- Must have a wide knowledge in payroll and time keeping
