Finance Assistant

Accountabilily:

- Reports to Asst.. to Finance Officer.

 

Job Functions/Responsibilities:

1) Accepts and records daily collection for the company.

2) Prepares daily deposit for the company.

3) Issues Official receipt for the company.

4) Act as the Petty cash custodian and does the following:

 a) Process payments

 b) Responsible for the replenishments of petty cash fund.

5) Prepares Weekly collection report.

6) Prepares daily and Memo rates.

7) processing of Telegraphic Transfer.

8) Other reports and tasks assigned by the Asst. to Finance Officer from time to time.

 

Qualifications:

1) Must be a graduate of BSC Accounting or Banking and Finance course.

2) Must have at least 1 year experience in Finance and credit and collection.

3) Mature, independant, hardworking, honest, good communication skills.

4) Good command in English.

5) Must posses good analytical ability.

6) Knowledge in cashiering function.

7) Exposure in all phases of accounting.

8) Capability/potential for acquiring higher responsibilities.

9) Computer literate in Windows environment and other commonly used Accounting software.
