Senior Software Test Analyst
(National Capital Region - Makati City, Philippines)
We are currently on the look out for Senior Software Test Analysts who will be working on our Lending business unit. Successful candidates for the role shall be responsible for ensuring delivery of fully functional and hi-class products.
Roles:
- Design test strategy, test cases, test procedures, and execute tests
- Recognise and use basic test tools, including using automated testing software
- Design automated test suites and scripts
- Raise test related issues and work towards its resolution
- Generate test metrics and present them
- Install and configure appropriate project releases/builds to dedicated test environments
- Proactively initiate new procedures that contribute to business improvement processes
- Participate in identifying or areas for improvement and suggest solutions
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- Must have at least 2 year(s) working experience as Software Test or QA Engineer in an enterprise environment (functional, regression, system and integration tests, test automation and test performance)
- Knowledge of software development life cycle
- Knowledge / exposure in online banking and lending system or property valuation system is an advantage.
- Experience in Scrum is a PLUS
- Knowledge with Software Testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, Mercury or other test automation tools. Experience of any of these tools is a PLUS
- Highly organized, detailed-oriented, hardworking and able to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, fast learner, and possesses good interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Willing to work in Makati City, Philippines
- Willing to travel to Australia when required
