Helpdesk Supervisor

Helpdesk Supervisor

(National Capital Region - Makati City, Philippines)

We are currently on the look out for Helpdesk Supervisor to be the first point of contact for any issues and requests relating to Infrastructure. The staff will be responsible for providing high-level technical business leadership, L1/L2 support and properly escalate to users, managers and team members.

Roles:

·        Manage issue and risks resolution based on SLA

·        Conduct  work load planning, estimation and prioritisation
Creates reports relating to Incident and SLA on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis

·        Build and maintain productive client relationships with all staff

·        Recommend  Service Desk training needs and development plan

·        Provides improvement initiatives through effective problem, change, configuration and incident management

·        Perform related work as required 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem solving  skills and possesses good logical ability
  • Highly pro-active, self motivated and a fast learner
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Required skill(s): Office Productivity Tools (Work, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint) Windows Desktop /Servers, Linux and Cisco
  • Must have least 3-4 year(s) of solid working experience on Information Technology and at least 1 year with Helpdesk
  • Knowledgeable in ITIL would be considered an advantage
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
