Business Development Assistant/Site Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES: * Evaluating marketability of proposed structure on chosen sites based on location and visibility. * Negotiating with site owner for the least rental of the site. * Securing the necessary permits from concerned agencies for the construction of the structure. * Preparation of lease contracts. * Monitoring of renewal of permits and contracts. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: * Must be a graduate of Mass Communication, Business Management, Psychology or other Bachelor Degrees. * Can organize, convey ideas with clarity, good judgement, persuasive , has negotiation skills and computer literate. * At least one (1) year experience in fieldworks or in the same capacity.
